PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Our client needed condominium restoration work completed on a 12-storey building on La Rose Avenue in Toronto. After a bid and tender process, we completed a site walkthrough and determined that the 35-year-old building required a full slab restoration as well as waterproofing. The building had leaks in and around the underground garage, and there had never been any previous slab work done.
ACTION PLAN
- Our team removed all of the nearby landscaping, sidewalks, ramp entrances, and asphalt to expose the slab.
- We removed the old waterproofing membrane and sand-blasted the area clean.
- We applied a high-quality primer and poured hot applied rubber waterproofing layering with reinforcement meshing.
- Our team restored all landscaping, sidewalks, ramps and asphalt.
