PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Our team was asked to conduct an inspection and report on the condition of the window sealants of a U of T building, where leaks were coming into the offices through the windows and flashing. We determined that the existing sealant was deteriorated, applied inconsistently, and improperly repaired.

ACTION PLAN

We accessed the angled curtain wall with a 60-foot boom lift.
Our team removed all existing polyurethane sealant to properly apply the new product.
We replaced the previous sealant with a high-grade structural silicone sealant that offers our client a 20-year warranty.
