TORONTO CONDOMINIUM ROOFTOP REPAIRS
Armour Restoration was selected to work on one of Toronto’s most prestigious condominium buildings. We replaced all of the condominium’s caulking on the terrace and repaired deteriorated EIFS on planters and walls before coating with Dow Corning Allguard.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
			One Post Road is an ultra luxury condominium in Toronto's prestigious Bridle Path neighbourhood. The condominium chose Armour Restoration for its roof top terrace repair project. We were happy to undertake this project so we could showcase our expertise as Toronto's best building envelope contractor.
The roof top is composed of 12 large, individual terraces of luxury condominium units and walkways. Over the years, the EIFS on the planters, and individual terrace walls had deteriorated and required repairs and painting. After power washing the surfaces, the EIFS were repaired using specified Dryvit materials, and then coated with an elastomeric silicone coating - Allguard.
WSP Global, the condominium's engineering consultant, also identified that the building's sealant had begun to fail and needed replacement. We have a lot of experience as a Toronto caulking contractor. The second part of the project involved cutting and removing the old caulking along control joints, windows and resealing with a high quality silicone sealant.

			- We mobilized on-site and set up a staging area and safety fences
- Working in stages over 5 weeks, Armour performed the sealant replacement, stucco repair and then finished with an elastomeric coating of Allguard.
