Our Process

We begin the process as soon as you contact us. We will schedule a time that works for you.

We arrive on site and assess the issue by conducting a detailed inspection, determine the root cause of the problem, and set in place the best plan of action to repair it.

Our team leader will provide a resolution that suits the individual needs of the project. We will recomend quality solutions and materials that come with long warranties because we don’t believe in Band-aid solutions; we fix it right the first time.

We begin with a pre-construction photo audit, which includes high-resolution pictures of the building. This serves as a reference for what work needs to be done, documents the condition of the building, determines the scope of the project, and shows us what needs to be protected to avoid damage, such as landscaping and sidewalks. Next, we will obtain and review the property blueprints. If they are not available, the building elevations are rendered into scaled drawings to determine the labour and material needs.

We will work with the property manager to determine the best schedule and budget. If it is a residential building, we will notify the superintendent and tenants of our work to coordinate access or move vehicles as necessary.

Our team will set up the safety barriers on site as needed and mobilize the equipment. We will review the timeline and determine the best course of action for the project’s success.

Our team gets to work, safety is our number one priority and we ensure all repairs are conducted in a safe manner to protect the residents, workers and surrounding. After we complete the project, we demobilze all equipment and clean up the site.
