Inorganic sealants have been scientifically shown to outperform organic sealants, especially in extreme temperature variances like Toronto’s. Silicone sealants have differing properties than polyurethane sealants and manufacturers have many different blends depending on the application.

We have experience working with engineers and the requirements they mandate including quality checks done via pull tests, and materials warrantied by suppliers, such as Dow Corning.
