THE RESTORATION ISSUE

Any building engineer will tell you that water is the number 1 enemy of a  building. Water penetration can occur above ground in hi rise condominiums with poorly caulked windows or control joints. Underground, waterproofing membranes are applied to concrete garage slabs and tend to have a good life span when they are installed correctly. Usually after 20 to 30 years, they begin to deteriorate and fail to protect against leaks. These repairs can be a big undertaking and normally involve restoring the building’s exterior and surrounding landscape as well.

We are very experienced in all building envelope waterproofing from active leaks in isolated cracks to large concrete slabs that require hot-applied rubberized asphalt systems.
